Training Program: COSMETOLOGY (1200 hours)

Objective of the Program:
When they complete the 1200 hours satisfactorily of Cosmetology the students will be prepared to be developed in field of the Cosmetology, using its capacities, abilities, acquired habits and discipline in the training program.

Description of the Program:
The study includes the understanding of theory and practical experiences based on the Cosmetology, including the study of the hair, chemistry, the skin, manicure and pedicure, and the products and equipment used in this profession.

Requirements of Graduation:
The student will have to complete 1200 hours of training with average minimum of 75%.

Requirements to Obtain the License:
The license is tramitted by the Florida state board of cosmetology, provided that the (board) examination is passed with a 75% or more. To be eligible to present to the exam, the student must fulfill with all attendance requirements from the institution, present an HIV/AIDS certificate of completion with the application, and send a $ 53.00 money order, payable to the DBPR.

Diploma:
The student will receive a diploma after he had fulfilled satisfactorily the hours of the training program, approved the final examination and complimented all the financial obligations.
